Overview

Here are some of the ways in which I can help:

Navigate
change

Resolve
conflict

Improve
communication

Enhance
collaboration

Foster
positivity

Eliminate
team toxicity

Because the sum of the parts is greater than the whole

This approach accepts that change is constant, inevitable and necessary and that within a team or partnership “everybody is right… but only partially.”

We all hold part of the whole picture and when we leverage that collective stance, we move forward with powerful alignment.

As an ORSC Practitioner I use a variety of methods to increase awareness around what is happening in a relationship system. This enables the team or partnership to move forward in a conscious and intentional way to address the presenting issues and achieve objectives.

How it works

Team coaching

I loved todays session. It was really inspiring to talk so candidly and openly as a team. It also gave me an amazing toolset to armour me with as I go through my leadership journey

Ryan Sklar
Chief Financial Officer, diguise

...Never have I worked with anyone that has Lindsay’s intuitive feel and timing. This applied not only to introspective exercises but also perhaps more importantly to team sessions, the results of which exceeded even my best hopes

Tim Doran
Director, Technical Talent Recruitment

Every member of the team was engaged wholeheartedly and we learned a great deal about how each of us operate and relate to each other

Isabel Odlin
Chief People Officer, Hub TV

It wasn’t forced learning and I genuinely feel closer to my colleagues

Abi Bowman
Chief of Staff, disguise

The Process

Discovery

Collaborate with key
stakeholders to engage
hearts and minds and
define the need.

Development

Creation of a tailor made
solution to meet the need.

Delivery

Facilitation of an immersive,
experiential and thought
provoking experience.

As with ICF standards of ethical conduct, strict levels of confidence will be maintained and clear agreements will be made between coach, client and sponsor about how coaching information will be exchanged.
