Alongside my own portfolio of clients, I am an Associate Facilitator and Coach for multiple providers including Wondrous, ViLO Consulting and Team Brilliance.

Background and Experience

Having established a bank of operational experience with Fitness First during its rapid expansion, this led me to become Group Training Manager with the task of defining and developing the company’s first Learning and Development function. Over time I established both technical and behavioural development at all levels for over 4500 employees across 150 sites.

This experience opened up opportunities on an even larger scale with Starbucks UK & Ireland. After creating a Management Development training portfolio, I swiftly moved on to lead their Learning & Development function, once again overseeing all aspects of training from barista skills through to leadership capability.

The combined experience of these two roles enabled me to set up as an independent provider, focusing on my most loved areas, Leadership Capability, Executive and Team coaching.
